Looking for insider tips on the best restaurants and bars in Dublin? We have them, because we have been to most of them! Some of our favorite restaurants in Dublin? Amakara is one of those beloved Sushi restaurants that people travel from all over area to enjoy. For breakfast, the best pastries, cookies and even lunch our go-to is Denica’s Real Food Kitchen. Yum! A fun dinner place, especially for birthday’s, is Hana Japan, a Teppanyaki-style Japanese restaurant where they cook in front of you while putting on quite the show. Finally, one of our favorite places to go to dinner with friends is Pacific Catch. Good fresh seafood as well as other specialties, along with a hip, lively atmosphere, are what make this another go-to place. Now, on to the adult beverages!

Lots of Dublin restaurants have fun bars, and we’ve spent a fair amount of time in some of them, like Casa Orozco. But nothing beats a stand-alone bar – especially if it’s one of these three: Evie’s is a Dublin institution and a local workingman’s bar if there ever was one. Gallager’s Dublin Pub is… Dublin’s Irish Bar! Now this place isn’t the world’s greatest bar – “it is what it is” describes it perfectly – but we spent a last minute New Year’s Eve here that we’ll never forget! Not to pass up the beer crowd, Three Sheets Craft Beer Bar has great beer, good bar food, and lot’s of fun waiting for you.

Choosing a Top Dublin Realtor

Hire a Top Producer and Proven Marketing Expert

If you are thinking about selling your home, investment property, condo/townhouse or other Dublin real estate, allow us to make the sale a pleasant and successful experience. Marketing is where our team excels, and no other realtor in Dublin can offer your home more online visibility and exposure than we can. What does that mean for you? Your home will sell faster, and for more money.

Our marketing is second to none, and we pride ourselves on being current with the latest technology and social media. Because we are ahead of the curve in terms of marketing Dublin homes for sale, we’ll get your home seen by more potential buyers than anyone else. Here’s a dirty little secret – because the market is so hot some realtors get away with just putting a sign in the ground and the house on the MLS and it will sell. To us, that just won’t cut it.

Our #1 goal is to put a SOLD sign on your house and as much MONEY in your pocket as possible and we want to make sure you feel the home selling process was seamless, low stress and pain free. We market the heck out of the homes we sell! How many Dublin realtors can say they know how to market your house for sale on Instagram? Well, we can.

In addition to marketing, probably the most important skill your realtor can have is negotiation skills. Every sale has multiple negotiations, with the seller, the buyer’s agent, the inspector, the appraiser, the buyer’s agent again… A great realtor will have a negotiating strategy, a proven process to get the best terms and money for their client. There are very few realtors who are certified in negotiation. We are.
